Consolidated Plan

The Consolidated Plan is a five-year planning document, consisting of a five-year strategic plan and annual updates. The State’s Consolidated Plan is comprised of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnerships (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) Programs. The State’s Citizen Participation plan includes a series of public meetings held throughout the state, as well as a written comment period.

A draft of the State’s FY 2018 Consolidated Plan will be presented at the Public Hearing. After the Public Hearing, written comments regarding the State Consolidated Plan will accepted until December 4, 2017. Filing Certifications of Consistency

Public Housing Authorities are required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to complete, sign and mail certification forms with original signatures to its local HUD office as a part of the submission process. Complete HUD form HUD-2991 and submit to:
