Map of Oklahoma’s Workforce Investment Areas
The Oklahoma Department of Commerce, as the administrative entity for the Workforce Investment Act (WIA), issues policy on behalf of the Governor and the Governor's Council for Workforce and Economic Development (state workforce investment board). The Workforce Solutions Division of the Oklahoma Department of Commerce assigns a reference number to each policy that identifies the year and sequence the policy was issued.
