Consolidated Plan

The Consolidated Plan is a five-year planning document, consisting of a five-year strategic plan and annual updates. The State’s Consolidated Plan is comprised of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnerships (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), Housing Trust Fund (HTF), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) Programs. The State’s Citizen Participation plan includes a series of public meetings held throughout the state, as well as a written comment period.

A draft of the State’s FY 2019 Consolidated Plan will be presented at the Public Hearing. After the Public Hearing, written comments regarding the State Consolidated Plan will accepted until November 30, 2018. The FY 2019 State of Oklahoma State Consolidated Plan marks the start of another five-year strategic plan cycle. As part of the Department of Housing & Urban Development’s (HUD) requirement, a draft of the Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice has been prepared and is available for public review. Written comments regarding Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice will accepted until November 30, 2018. Filing Certifications of Consistency

Public Housing Authorities are required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to complete, sign and mail certification forms with original signatures to its local HUD office as a part of the submission process. Complete HUD form HUD-2991 and submit to:
